Job Summary

The Legal Documents Typist is responsible for preparing, typing, and submitting applications for various UAE government services. The role requires accuracy, speed in typing Arabic/English, and strong experience with online portals of UAE ministries and free zones.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and type government applications, letters, and legal documents
Handle submissions on the following portals (as applicable):

  • UAE Ministry of Labour (MOHRE)
  • Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship / Emirates ID
  • GDRFA and Visa services
  • Economic Department (Trade Licence)
  • Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, ICA, RTA, SIRA, MOFAIC
  • Free Zone authority portals

✔ Process services including:

  • New/renewal trade licence applications
  • Establishment cards, labour cards, immigration files
  • Visit visa / residence visa processing
  • Emirates ID typing
  • Company name approval & initial approval
  • Tenancy contract typing / Ejari
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) / Local Service Agent agreements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
