We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Typist to manage all government-related processes and documentation. The ideal candidate must have strong typing skills and solid experience in UAE government transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Government Documentation

  • Process new visa applications, visa renewals, and visa cancellations.
  • Handle Emirates ID typing and medical application forms, including follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit quota papers.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for document submission.
  • Follow up on all applications until completion.

Labour & Immigration Transactions

  • Manage daily Tasheel, Amer, eChannel, Tadbeer, Labour & Immigration transactions.
  • Maintain a daily log of all transactions in Excel with proper supporting documents.
  • Track and reconcile E-Dirham and Noqodi expenses, submitting a monthly report to the Accounts team.

Licensing & Corporate Documentation

  • Ensure timely renewal of company documents such as trade licenses to avoid penalties.
  • Handle MOA amendments, trade license renewals, civil defense license processing, company name change, and quota applications.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and update daily work sheets.
  • Report work progress to the team leader.
  • Keep complete records of all government-related expenses and supporting documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills for all government service platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures.
  • Familiarity with government service centers such as Tasheel, Amer, Tadbeer, Dubai Economic Department, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
