Job Purpose

The UAE National employee will contribute to AUJAN strategic objectives while supporting Emiratization initiatives. The role involves to ensure operational excellence, compliance with UAE labor laws, and promotion of best practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute day-to-day tasks in line with departmental objectives.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and Emiratization targets.

· Support team projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative work environment.

· Provide innovative solutions to improve processes and productivity.

· Represent the company professionally in internal and external interactions.

· Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

· Participate in training programs and development initiatives for skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Requirements

· UAE National preferred, in alignment with Emiratization policies.
