On behalf of our client, a prestigious international private bank, we are seeking an experienced UHNW Private Banker to join their high-performing team. With a strong footprint and commitment to their operation in Dubai and an established presence across key financial centres around the globe, this private bank has a reputation for excellence, providing bespoke, timely solutions to private clients that set the standard in private banking.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading private banks. You will lead new client acquisition and retention efforts through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning. This role is also responsible for delivering a fantastic client experience and engaging the bank’s full gamut of resource to deliver a complete wealth management solution.

• Client Acquisition: Building and expanding a portfolio of UHNW client relationships
• Client Management: Acting as a trusted advisor to deliver bespoke financial strategies and exceptional service.
• Investment Advice: Responsible for sales and implementation of investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients as appropriate. Leveraging and coordinating specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex clients
• Promoting the broader Private Banking Proposition & enhancing client engagement and loyalty.

Required Skillsets & Capabilities:

• Significant experience and track record of working with UHNW clients from the Middle East
• A proven ability to develop a portfolio from scratch
• Strong relationship management skills both externally with clients and with internal stakeholders
• Proven sales success, focusing on meeting and exceeding business goals
• Experience and demonstrated understanding of investments
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
