About Role:

We are looking for a UI-focused Product Designer who:

• Has strong UI/UX fundamentals (not just clean screens)
• Understands why something looks good, not just how (especially with typography)
• Thinks in motion, interaction, depth, and storytelling
• May not have a perfect portfolio yet, but clearly shows taste, thinking, and ambition
• Is obsessed with learning from the best work globally
• Is comfortable exploring new design UIs (e.g., Conversational AI UI)

We often see candidates with product design portfolios that are both technically not correct and visually weak.
This role is for designers who care deeply about aesthetics, craft, and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product UIs covering both web and mobile apps
• Marketing websites and interactive brand experiences
• Story-driven websites with immersive layouts
• Motion-enhanced interfaces and micro-interactions
• Experimental concepts (3D, scroll-based storytelling, non-traditional UI)
• High-end client work for international brands (B2B, B2C, SaaS, tech, enterprise)



Required Skills (Non-Negotiable):
UI & UX

• Strong command over layout, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and color
• Solid UX thinking (flows, states, edge cases, usability)
• Ability to justify design decisions logically and visually

Motion & Interaction

• Clear understanding of micro-interactions (super important)
• Familiarity with motion principles (timing, easing, transitions)
• Experience designing for interactive and animated experiences (even if dev executes it)

Tools

• Figma (expert level)
• Familiarity with Spline or similar 3D / interactive tools
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and motion designers

Visual & Design Awareness

• Strong research habit from platforms like Awwwards, Land-book / Landfolio, Godly.website, Behance, Pinterest (curated work, not generic feeds)
• Deep interest and understanding of modern and emerging UI trends, including:
• Skeuomorphic UI (modern, not outdated)
• Negative space–driven layouts
• Bauhaus-inspired UI systems
• Bold typography-first interfaces
• Glassmorphism (used tastefully like Apple, not as a gimmick)

Branding (Bonus, Not Mandatory)

• Understanding of brand systems, visual language, and consistency
• Ability to design UI that feels aligned with brand personality
