About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can design intuitive digital experiences and create high-quality marketing assets.
This role requires a designer who is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of balancing creativity with business objectives.
You will work closely with marketers, developers, project managers, and leadership teams to deliver websites, mobile interfaces, landing pages, and marketing creatives for the US market.

Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual design work
- Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages
- Experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing assets
- Understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
Core Responsibilities UI/UX Design
- Design responsive websites and landing pages
- Design mobile app interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct basic UX reviews and usability improvements
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation accuracy
- Design conversion-focused user experiences
Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives
- Design paid advertising assets
- Design presentation decks and sales materials
- Create visual assets for websites and landing pages
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
Research & Strategic Thinking
You should be able to:
- Research unfamiliar industries independently
- Analyze competitor websites and design trends
- Understand user intent and customer behavior
- Translate business goals into effective user experiences
- Design with both usability and conversion performance in mind
Experience within home service industries such as Home Inspection, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Landscaping, Restoration, etc., will be considered a strong advantage.
Marketing & Business Understanding
The ideal candidate understands that good design contributes to business growth. Knowledge of the following will be a strong advantage:

Experience working with US-based clients and markets will be highly preferred.

- Communicate effectively with designers, marketers, developers, and leadership
Strong communication and presentation skills will be viewed favorably.
Copyright & Asset Usage
Candidates must have a clear understanding of:
- Image licensing
- Copyright compliance
- Commercial usage rights
- Stock image sourcing best practices
Using copyrighted assets without proper licensing is unacceptable.
Design Standards & Execution Discipline
