Job Description:
Innovative Network is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and continuously improving design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and others to create high-quality visuals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
