UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team at a leading FinTech company. In this role, you’ll help design intuitive, user-friendly experiences for digital banking, payments, lending platforms, and mobile financial applications. What You’ll Do

• Design and refine user interfaces for digital banking, payments, and financial services platforms (web and mobile).
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring product ideas to life.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer behaviors in financial applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, compliant, and secure user experiences.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, responsive across devices, and ADA/accessibility compliant.
• Stay current with FinTech design trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio (FinTech, SaaS, or mobile-first apps a plus).
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with design systems, responsive frameworks, and user flows in financial services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and usability.

Pay: $117,957.83 - $181,841.68 per year
