UI/UX Designer

The Mission:

You will be the voice of the user and the architect of our entire user experience. Your primary challenge will be to design a digital wallet, kiosk interface, and payment system that is not only visually compelling but also simple enough for a non-technical sports fan to use with confidence and trust.

What You'll Do:

• Design the complete user journey and interface for the Fair Wallet, FTM Kiosks, and in-stadium payment flows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to articulate design concepts.
• Conduct user research to understand the needs and goals of sports fans and athletes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leadership to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with our brand.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or complex transactional products is a major advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
