UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from early discovery and concepting to crafting pixel-perfect interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to research, design, and deliver solutions that solve real user problems and drive business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end design process: Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements.
• Advocate for the user: Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
• Collaborate and iterate: Work hand-in-hand with product managers to define problems and requirements, and with engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation and feasible design.
• Develop and maintain our design system: Help build upon and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all user touchpoints.
• Facilitate design thinking: Plan and lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Present and articulate design decisions: Clearly communicate your design rationale and data-backed reasoning to stakeholders and team members.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a UI/UX Designer or similar product design role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your process—from discovery and research to final UI design—and showcases your problem-solving skills. (A link to your portfolio is required to apply).
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
