Packaging Designer (Pro Level) – Full-Time (Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore)

Growkees is an Amazon SPN-certified creative agency specialising in high-converting visuals for global e-commerce brands. We’ve worked with 600+ brands and delivered 3,600+ projects across supplements, beauty, home, tech, and lifestyle categories. Our services range from Amazon listing images, A+ content, and storefronts to packaging, branding, and photoreal 3D renders.

We are now expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a Pro-Level Packaging Designer to join us onsite at our Johar Town office.

Role Overview

You’ll lead packaging design projects for international brands across supplements, nutrition, wellness, beauty, and consumer goods. This role requires strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver print-ready, market-driven packaging that stands out on shelves and online.

Responsibilities

• Design labels, boxes, sachets, stick packs, tubs, and retail packaging from concept to final print.
• Work directly on dielines with proper bleed/safe margins and export print-ready PDF/X-1a files.
• Develop packaging systems that are brand-consistent, modern, and visually striking.
• Collaborate with the creative director and design team on branding and packaging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international packaging standards (EU/US label requirements).

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional packaging design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding projects (supplements/consumer goods experience preferred).
• Ability to work onsite full-time at our Johar Town, Lahore office.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, and layout hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
