Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Work Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)

Job Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to drive design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to visualize design solutions.
• Design clean, modern, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and consistent UI/UX standards.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process and results.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform usability.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user analytics tools.
• Skills in motion graphics or animations are a strong plus.
