UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating their skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and make iterative design improvements based on the team's feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Contribute to the development of our design system and design guidelines.
  
  

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must-have.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
