Responsibilities

User Research & Wireframing:

• Conduct research on user behavior and industry trends.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance the user experience.

UI/UX Design:

• Design aesthetically pleasing and responsive web & mobile interfaces.
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure a consistent design language across all platforms.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Present and explain design ideas to clients and team members.

Usability Testing & Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
• Iterate designs based on user testing and business requirements.

Graphic & Branding Support (Optional):

• Assist in designing marketing materials, logos, and branding elements.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital assets.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with design systems and style guides.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding).
• Knowledge of WordPress or Webflow.
• Motion design and animation skills (After Effects, Lottie).
