Job Description:

Sumato Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience in an IT company. If you’re passionate about turning ideas into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Translate conceptual ideas and written requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and product interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to enhance usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve UX decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all design outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software or IT company.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms (responsive & adaptive designs).
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and developer handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Inspect).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (required with application).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better design-to-development communication.
• Experience with motion design or animation tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity.
