As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile (iOS/Android) and web application design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile platforms that are visually appealing and easy to use.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and refine design ideas.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
• Iteration & Optimization: Use user feedback and analytics to continuously improve product usability and performance.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
• Guidelines Knowledge: Familiarity with Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Communication: Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Development Awareness: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design behavior is an advantage.
• Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work (wireframes, prototypes, final designs).
