Gracecoders is a growing tech company passionate about building innovative digital products. We are expanding our design team and looking for creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designers who love crafting seamless and visually appealing digital experiences.

Position: UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Phase 8A, Mohali, Punjab (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Competitive — with a decent hike on your current package

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces for mobile applications and web platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate concepts into intuitive and engaging designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using modern tools.
• Maintain consistency in design standards and follow brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in mobile app design and website UI/UX design.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing past web and mobile design projects.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
