UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our team and help shape seamless, user-centered experiences across our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and engaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate insights into user journeys, personas, and experience maps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive visual and interaction design.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve designs based on feedback and data.
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across all products.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating process, design thinking, and user-centered outcomes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
