UI/UX Designer

About the Role

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about design thinking, user research, and transforming ideas into visually appealing and functional interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and marketing) to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user interfaces.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, design thinking, and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of motion design or interaction design principles.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting).

Pay: ₹11,093.09 - ₹38,439.55 per month
