Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly digital interfaces. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions across web and mobile platforms, working closely with our cross-functional team of strategists and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites and applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Follow modern design trends and contribute to improving our design systems and processes.
• Work on multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and contribute in brainstorming sessions.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie is a bonus.
• Awareness of current UI/UX trends like Bento grids, progressive blur, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
