Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Work Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn user insights and business objectives into elegant, functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design clean, modern, and user-focused interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure UI/UX consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and project outcomes.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar applications.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-platform usability.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and user analytics platforms.
• Skills in motion graphics or UI animations are highly desirable.
