Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces that are visually attractive, consistent, and aligned with brand identity.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, QA) to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure a responsive and accessible design approach across different devices and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-centered design mindset.

• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.
• Enthusiastic about creating seamless and delightful user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹47,494.68 per month
