UI/UX Designer

• The candidate must possess a strong creative mindset — we’re looking for a true designer, not merely a Photoshop operator.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years, ideally with exposure to startup ecosystems or creative agencies.
• Communication skills are desirable but not a primary criterion.
• The position can be office-based or hybrid (remote with two in-office days per month). Our preference is office-based, but we’re open to flexibility if required.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
• Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA (CTC) plus up to 20% annual performance bonus on CTC. For remote arrangements, a nominal adjustment of ~20% on CTC may apply.
