Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Design clean, modern, and user-centric interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless design implementation.
• Iterate and refine designs based on testing results, user feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI/UX standards.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable role.
• A strong portfolio highlighting UI/UX skills, processes, and methodologies.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform usability.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
