About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and improving the overall user experience across web and mobile products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, and task flows.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain design consistency.
- Create, maintain, and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Analyze feedback and data to iterate and improve the overall UX.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG guidelines).
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
