UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our product and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile products. You should have strong design thinking, a solid understanding of modern UI patterns, and the ability to convert business needs into clean, visually appealing, functional designs.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & UX

• Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking and persona development.
• Translate product requirements into user journeys, workflows and wireframes.
• Identify usability issues and propose effective, user-centered solutions.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (web + mobile).

UI Design

• Design visually appealing, consistent and scalable interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Deliver polished UI screens, design systems, components and UI libraries.
• Ensure responsiveness across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Work closely with branding and marketing teams where required.

Collaboration & Handover

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Prepare design specifications, annotations and documentation for developers.
• Conduct design reviews and assist during development to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results.

Testing & Improvement

• Conduct usability tests and refine designs based on test insights.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, patterns, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, UI design, and real product work.
• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a strong plus
• Experience designing responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
