UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile products. From concept to execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric and impactful designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and project requirements
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to guide design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and user behavior
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is essential
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their design impact
• Experience in responsive design across devices
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with animation and interaction design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Familiarity with social media-centric designs
• Background in graphic design is a plus
• Knowledge of Krita for digital sketching and concept art is a plus

• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
