UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

H2O Labs is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
• Optimize existing products based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience across all products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce applications.
• Familiarity with interaction design and user research methodologies.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
