UI/UX Designer – Data-Driven Interfaces

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (On-site)

Location: Madina Town, Faisalabad

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

We're seeking a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our on-site team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting clean, modern, and intuitive user experiences, especially for data-rich platforms such as dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
• Design modern and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Develop intuitive layouts for dashboards, reports, and other data-focused pages.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Maintain design consistency through the use of style guides and design systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven interface designs (dashboards, analytics, admin tools, etc.).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear, usable, and engaging interfaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available to work on-site (remote work not available).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools or libraries.
• Knowledge of design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Inspired by modern digital platforms like Linear, Stripe, Looker, and Tableau.
