UI/UX Designer Developer

Design Responsibilities (UI/UX):

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.

• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Define and maintain design consistency through color palettes, typography, and component libraries.

• Work with teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Development Responsibilities (Front-End):

• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user experience.

• Collaborate with backend developers for seamless API integration.

• Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

• Maintain and update existing web interfaces based on new requirements or user feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus).

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in solving design challenges.
