Pay: 70,000.00 (PKR) - 100,000.00 (PKR) per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills with a focus on clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to translate user requirements into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategy.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with mobile app design (IOS, Android) is a plus.
• Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
