We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to enrich our team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and developers to contribute to the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly experiences aligned with our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with senior designers and developers to comprehend project requirements and objectives.

· Assist in generating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

· Conduct user research and gather feedback to guide design decisions.

· Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes fostering intuitive user experiences.

· Create visual designs adhering to brand guidelines, enhancing user engagement.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

· Assist in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

· Support the design team in various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.

· Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.

· Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.

· Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is a plus.
