Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 4-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in Figma (Auto-Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Tokens).
- Skilled in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools for visual asset creation.
- Strong understanding of UI layout grids, vertical rhythm, typography, spacing standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience designing complex dashboards and interactive workflows, beyond static screens.
- Excellent communication, visual storytelling, and analytical thinking, focusing on user-centered design.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research, interviews, contextual observations, and build user personas.
- Analyze user journeys to identify usability gaps and workflow improvements.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, interaction flows, and clickable prototypes.
- Design visually polished, pixel-accurate UI screens for web and mobile platforms.
- Define and maintain design system components, spacing, styles, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (contrast, readability, touch targets, etc.).
- Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare developer handoff documentation, specifications, and UI behavior guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Work with product teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences.
