UI/UX Designer (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for software applications developed using Microsoft technologies, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• 
  Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
• 
  Utilize current UX/UI design tools and methodologies to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• 
  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs
• 
  Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across various devices and platforms
• 
  Present and defend design decisions to diverse teams, including technical and non-technical members
• 
  Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX design field

Requirements:

• Atleast 5 Years of experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 
  Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• 
  Proficiency in current UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and methodologies
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 
  Knowledge of best practices in accessibility and responsive design
• 
  Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to work closely with technical teams
• 
  A creative thinker who is open to feedback and continuous improvement
