UI/UX Designer – (Remote | Egypt)

Job Summary

We are building a next-generation, AI-powered platform designed to automate operational workflows across multiple industries (healthcare, real estate, finance, fitness, and more).

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the user experience and interface design of a complex, workflow-driven systems used daily by agents, managers, and executives.

This role requires someone who can design clean, scalable, and intuitive experiences for data-heavy products—not just marketing websites.

Responsibilities UX & Product Design

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Systems workflows:
• Lead management pipelines
• Communication timelines (calls, WhatsApp, email, SMS)
• Tasks, SLAs, appointments, and dashboards
• Translate complex business logic into simple, intuitive user flows
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and interaction flows for new features
• Improve usability for high-frequency users (agents & managers)

UI & Design System

• Produce high-fidelity UI designs (Figma preferred)
• Build and maintain a design system (components, colors, typography, spacing)
• Ensure consistency across dashboards, tables, forms, and modals
• Design for scalability as features and verticals expand

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Product owner / founders
• Frontend developers (Next.js)
• Backend team (workflow & automation logic)
• Provide clear handoff specs and assets for development
• Participate in product discussions and feature planning

AI & Advanced UX

• Design UX patterns for AI-driven features:
• Call transcripts & summaries
• AI suggestions / next-best actions
• Alerts, notifications, and automation feedback
• Make AI outputs understandable and actionable for users

Requirements Must Have

• experience in UI/UX and Product Design
• Strong portfolio showing complex systems (CRM, ERP, dashboards, SaaS)
• Excellent understanding of:
• UX principles
• Information architecture
• User-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing:
• Tables, filters, dashboards
• Forms and multi-step workflows
• Ability to think in systems, not just screens

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or internal tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or workflow-based products
• Understanding of how frontend frameworks (React / Next.js) consume designs
• Experience designing for bilingual or RTL layouts (Arabic/English)
