UI/UX Designer - ||With 1 year Exp||Mohali

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1 experience in same to architect and implement innovative, scalable, and responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and a user-centered mindset to deliver intuitive and visually compelling experiences.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 years in UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
• Design Systems: Experience with design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles.
• Frameworks: Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular,
• Methodologies: Strong hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, typography and conducting user testing.
• Analytical Thinking: A data-driven approach to solving UI/UX challenges with strong attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Independence: Proven ability to independently lead design projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-quality, responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Continuously optimize existing user interfaces through usability testing, heatmaps, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and backend development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Establish and maintain design consistency via reusable components, design systems, and comprehensive style guides.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces through wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design intuitive UI elements such as dashboards, widgets, navigation bars, and menus.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
