UI/UX Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Developer to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and work closely with developers to create visually appealing and functional web applications, particularly for ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX best practices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain visual consistency, branding, and design standards.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design systems, and ERP-specific usability best practices.

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Experience in UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proven experience working on ERP projects or complex enterprise applications.
• Eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.

Advanced Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) for smoother collaboration.
• Experience in design systems or component libraries.
• Conducting A/B testing, user research, and usability studies.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) for design handoffs.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and focus on UI/UX quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate user needs.
• Adaptability to new tools, trends, and frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
