UI/UX Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who has successfully worked on 20+ brands/products and can deliver high-quality design outcomes quickly. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating speed, strategic thinking, and measurable results across multiple industries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for multiple brands and digital products
• Translate business goals into user-centered, conversion-focused designs
• Rapidly create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Handle multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining design quality and consistency
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders
• Improve user experience, engagement, and conversion through data-driven design decisions
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UX standards
• Review and iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business KPIs
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Proven experience working on 20 or more brands/products
• Strong portfolio showing speed of execution and business impact
• Expertise in web and mobile UX/UI design
• Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight timelines

Must-Have Skills

• Fast turnaround without compromising quality
• Strong UX strategy and problem-solving skills
• Experience with conversion-focused design and CRO
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international or multi-brand organizations
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, usability testing platforms)
• Experience collaborating with agile or fast-paced product teams
