About us:

Our Swedish client own a performance-driven marketing and growth agency that helps European brands scale through strategic content, paid advertising, and creative execution. We work with fast-growing businesses across multiple industries by combining deep research, creative strategy, and data-backed marketing to drive measurable growth. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in restaurant-focused branding, menu design, and UX design.

Responsibilities:

• Design restaurant menus (print & digital)
• Create UI/UX designs for ordering systems, apps, or web interfaces
• Develop campaign materials for promotions and seasonal launches
• Design digital marketing assets for social media and ads
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual touchpoints
• Work on in-store visuals and customer-facing materials
• Support marketing campaigns with engaging graphics
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance user experience
• Adapt designs for both operational and promotional use

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality project
• Strong portfolio showcasing: Menu design, Marketing creatives, and UI/UX work
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of user behavior in ordering or dining experiences
• Ability to design for both print and digital formats
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have:

• Experience working with large restaurant groups
• Background in food & beverage branding
• Knowledge of ordering systems or POS-related interfaces
• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience in campaign-driven design
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives
• Experience designing for multi-location brands
