UI/UX Lead

Job Summary

The UI/UX Lead is responsible for defining and driving the overall user experience strategy for digital products while leading the design team to deliver high-quality, consistent, and user-centered solutions. This role translates business and product requirements into end-to-end user journeys and design solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure practical and high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall UX vision, principles, and experience strategy across digital products.
• Lead and mentor the design team to ensure high design quality and consistency .
• Translate business and product requirements into end-to-end user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and UI specifications .
• Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, design system, and brand standards .
• Conduct design reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback before development.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and delivered with high quality.
• Support delivery by providing design clarifications, validating UAT results, and driving continuous improvement .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in UX/UI Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including leadership experience.
• Proven experience in defining UX strategies and leading design initiatives.
• Preferred experience working with DGA Platforms Code .
• Fluency in Arabic and English .
