Key Responsibilities !

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, support workers, carers).

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, compliance, and onboarding.

Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Update and manage candidate databases and job boards efficiently.

Coordinate shift bookings and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new candidates.

Requirements !

1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
