UK Taxi Dispatchers

Globe Call Centre is hiring experienced and motivated UK Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our growing operations team. We are seeking individuals who can think on their feet, stay organized, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates with prior experience in dispatch coordination—especially within the UK taxi or transportation sector—are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and assign incoming cab bookings to ensure prompt and reliable service.
• Monitor driver routes, schedules, and performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with drivers and customers, providing updates and assistance as needed.
• Accurately record trip details, driver activity, and daily dispatch logs.
• Ensure dispatch operations comply with company policies and applicable transportation regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive service experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch software, GPS systems, and route management tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and proactive under pressure.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
