Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UK Transport Coordinator to manage daily road freight operations remotely. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in UK logistics, route planning, load management, and coordination with drivers and clients.

Candidates with experience as a UK Truck Dispatcher will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily UK transport and freight operations
• Plan routes and assign loads to drivers
• Manage bookings through Haulage Exchange or similar platforms
• Communicate with drivers and UK-based clients
• Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues
• Maintain transport records and update TMS systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Maximum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of UK transport operations
• Experience with Haulage Exchange or similar freight platforms
• Good English communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Stable internet connection required
