UKG QA/Tester

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a UKG QA/Tester and be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. In this role you will support the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale Workforce Management and ERP transformation for a large healthcare organization. This initiative involves migrating from multiple legacy environments, such as Kronos and API, to UKG proWFM, as well as transitioning from multiple legacy ERPs like Lawson to Workday.

The UKG QA/Tester will support the implementation of test strategy, development of test plans, triage test cases on passes or fails, and assist in monitoring test execution across various implementation cycles to ensure test objectives are met.

Duties

• Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts for UKG HCM modules, including payroll, time keeping and scheduling
• Execute test scripts and document the test results
• Triage pass / fail scenarios and ensure that testing objectives are met
• Assist in the monitoring of test execution across various implementation cycles
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of defects; collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues using debugging techniques and root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in UKG WFM/Dimension software quality assurance with a focus on enterprise applications;
• Strong work experience with UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules
• Strong work experience with ‘Open Project’ testing management tool
• Overall good knowledge of UKG Workforce Management/ Workforce Central application
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Preferred skills:

• Some UKG configuration skills
• Experience with automated testing platform, ‘Test Assure’
• Prior experience working with Kronos and ERPs such as Lawson and Workday

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
