Umrah Consultant

Location: 14/1 Block L, Gulberg 3, Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time (Office Based)

Salary: PKR 45,000 – 70,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

Engage with clients to understand their Umrah requirements and preferences.

Present and explain available Umrah packages (hotels, transport, and services).

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering premium customer service.

Package Customization & Management

Design tailored packages for individuals, families, groups, and corporate clients.

Coordinate hotel reservations, flights, transport, and ground arrangements.

Ensure packages meet service and quality standards.

Documentation & Visa Processing

Guide clients on required documents for Umrah visa applications.

Coordinate with the visa department for accurate and timely processing.

Maintain records of applications, approvals, and follow-ups.

Customer Service & Guidance

Provide itineraries, checklists, and pre-departure briefings.

Offer guidance on rituals, Saudi rules, and cultural expectations.

Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy.

Operational Coordination

Liaise with ticketing, accounts, and ground operations teams.

Ensure smooth execution of services as per client contracts.

After-Sales & Relationship Management

Follow up with clients post-Umrah for feedback and testimonials.

Build long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Address complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills (B2B & B2C).

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Social Media platforms.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.

Knowledge of Umrah visa documentation and process (preferred).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
