Yugo is a leading travel and visa consultancy company offering premium services, including customized Umrah and leisure packages, visa assistance and ticketing. We are looking for dedicated Umrah Experts/ Umrah Counselors to assist clients in selecting, customizing, and booking Umrah packages with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, call-in, WhatsApp, and online inquiries related to Umrah packages.
• Provide professional guidance on package options (Economy, 3-star, 4-star, 5-star), itineraries, hotels, transport, and flights.
• Customize Umrah packages based on client needs, budgets, and travel dates.
• Prepare quotations, perform cost calculations, and explain package inclusions/exclusions clearly.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the ticketing team, operations team, and suppliers for bookings, availability, and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups & bookings in the CRM.
• Stay updated on Umrah visa rules, travel requirements, airline policies, and seasonal pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring a smooth pre- and post-travel experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Umrah sales or travel consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah procedures, hotel categories, transport types, Ziyarat options, and Saudi guidelines.
• Ability to create and explain customized Umrah packages professionally.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales skills with a proven record of conversions.
• Proficiency in CRM usage (Bitrix24 experience is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak Umrah seasons.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with group Umrah, family packages, and corporate religious travel.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing & GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Basic understanding of visa assistance and document requirements.
