Nyberg Acupuncture & Wellness helps people in Tualatin and the surrounding communities recover from and better manage chronic health conditions.

We’re looking for an Uncut Gem / Rockstar Clinical Liaison to support a busy, growing, patient-centered acupuncture and wellness clinic.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and may involve everything from answering the phone and running our social media to assisting in hands-on patient care to more mundane things like vacuuming and wiping down door knobs. We are a small team and everyone contributes wherever needed. Nothing great was ever built alone.

This position includes both front-office and back-office responsibilities, including patient communication, treatment room preparation, assisting with clinical therapies and helping ensure every patient has an exceptional experience.

You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a jack or jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You are energized by conversations and comfortable on the phone. Whether speaking with a prospective patient for the first time or helping a longtime patient navigate their care, you have a natural ability to connect with people, build rapport and make them feel like the only person in the room.

This is not a dead-end position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the clinic long term. As the practice and our services expand, so will your responsibilities, opportunities and income. The more you can bring to the table, the quicker this will happen.

• A minimum of 12 hours per week, with an alternating morning/afternoon daytime schedule with major holidays off (rare weekend commitments when we are present at community events)
• Regular performance reviews with performance-based raises.
• Starting pay: $21/hour
