We are looking for a Underground Construction Chemicals Sales Engineer to join our Saint-Gobain CHRYSO Construction Chemicals team!

Role Purpose

The main objective of this role is to drive sales and market growth of underground construction chemical products by providing technical expertise, developing customer relationships, and supporting project success in the underground construction and mining sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out sales and marketing activities for underground construction chemical products
• Manage existing customer portfolio and acquire new customers
• Develop sales strategies through market research and analysis
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
• Monitor industry innovations and competitor activities
• Conduct underground field tests and evaluate product performance
• Prepare detailed reports on field tests and technical findings
• Open to travel and able to stay at project sites for extended periods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in underground mining or mine planning
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a diverse range of mining commodities
• Previous experience in underground construction chemicals or related industry
• Advanced technical knowledge of underground mining operations
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams
