We are a growing Mortgage Consultancy looking for an experienced Mortgage Underwriting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong underwriting experience in any field home loans / mortgage loans/Credit card/Personal loan/auto loan, with a solid understanding of credit assessment, property evaluation, and lender policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and underwrite mortgage / home loan applications
• Analyze applicant income, credit history, liabilities, and repayment capacity
• Review property documents, legal reports, and valuation reports
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, sales teams, and clients to ensure smooth processing
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround timelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2 to 4 + years of underwriting experience in any mortgage/home loans/Credit card/Personal loan/auto loan
• Experience working with banks.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, income assessment, and property-related checks
• Ability to handle multiple lender guidelines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills /MS
• Strong communication skills
