Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring Merchant Acquiring’s (POS, QR, ecommerce) payment schemes licenses, certifications and relationship management.

Project management for Host application readiness & infrastructure alignments & UATs for product/features launch phase.

Development and Implementation of Product Strategy, value proposition, pricing & Process manual.

Cross Functions & Vendor SLAs Management.
-
P&L management (ensuring cost and revenue volume) as per budgeted figures.
-
New products development understanding life cycles, features and values induction accordingly.
-
Arranging for Services Feedback, Complaint tracking, product marketing, training and competitive scan.

Operational & Risk setup coordination for Merchant payments and Chargebacks management.
-
Implement Regulator and Schemes guidelines implementation.
-
Team management and business growth.
Experience:
Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
Qualification:
Preferably Master’s but at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed university.
